I normally wouldn’t shamelessly try to promote my company with this blog, but I figured why not?.

We are a home care agency that likes to do things a bit different.  We try to stay small.  What that means is that no matter how much we grow as an agency, we strive to keep our relationships with our clients close and personal.  We don’t have an oversight committee that makes the decisions, we rely on ourselves.  We understand that when a family in need calls, they would like to speak with some one that can help immediately.  You will never hear an answering service, you will get a manager.  We answer all calls at all times.  24/7.  When there is a problem we will address that problem as soon as we know it exists.  There won’t be a meeting scheduled, we will tackle it right away.  Another aspect of keeping things small is that we the managers will conduct all interviews with employees and also follow up with a background check and reference check.  The reason for that is so that nothing falls through the cracks.  We want to be as thorough as possible while vetting our caregivers.  They are the front line of our business and we need to make sure we have the cream of the crop.

We do service all of New York.  With that being said we focus on the 5 boroughs and long island.  We do not have a set schedule, because it is your schedule we are trying to accommodate, not ours.  We can arrange for hourly care as well as live in 24 hour care.  We will provide a free home assessment, for you to better acquaint yourself with us.  We are providing care in your home and feel that your comfort is our priority.
